- Prescription Drugs and Devices
- Stocks and Other Securities
- Stolen Property

- Hazardous, or Restricted Item
Restricted Items
- You agree that the following types of items may only be allowed if done fully in compliance with all laws in the location of the seller and buyer.
- Downloadable content
- Event, or Service Tickets
- Food Items
- Perishable Items
- Used Clothing and Bedding
- Adult Items and Pornography
- Weapons and related items (such as firearms, firearm parts and magazines, ammunition, BB and pellet guns, tear gas, stun guns, switchblade knives, and martial arts weapons)
PayPal and other Payment Services
As a User of The Website you also acknowledge that by using PayPal you must abide by all of PayPal’s policy’s including their Acceptable Use Policy. PayPal will not process payments for certain activities which they identify as illegal. PayPal reserves this right and Reclaimed is neither responsible nor affiliated with their User Agreement.
Violation of Policy
Reclaimed reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User, or Storefront, without notice to You, for an violation of this Banned Items. In addition, Reclaimed reserves the right to report any illegal activities to federal and/or state law enforcement agencies.
